What to expect

Sessions provide a calm and reflective space where you can talk openly about what is troubling you, explore patterns in your life and relationships, and begin to develop new ways of understanding yourself.

Counselling sessions are offered weekly. An initial consultation will be offered to explore the current difficulty and to establish if it is possible for us to work together. Initial goals will be set in this first session and the length of time you wish to spend in therapy discussed. This will be open to review at any time.

A small number of evening sessions are available.

Confidentiality

Individuals are offered a private and confidential setting to discuss their problems. The content of sessions is treated confidentially within professional boundaries. I work to the UKCP code of ethics.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place weekly.

Fees

• Harley Street, London: £90 per 50-minute session

• Norwich: £60 per 50-minute session

• Online sessions: £60 per 50-minute session

A small number of evening sessions (after 6pm) are available for an additional £10.
